Experience:    Mechanical engineering experience in heating, air conditioning and plumbing design for federal, state and local government projects, educational, commercial, and private client projects.  Mr. Lynch is experienced in the design of HVAC and plumbing for rehabilitation/renovation projects and new installation projects, including load calculations and energy analysis. He is experienced in the use of AutoCAD, Trane Trace: HVAC Load Calculation and Energy Analysis and Microsoft Office.  Mr. Lynch is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction and is experienced in green building design. He supervises the production of working drawings and specifications and is responsible for field inspections of HVAC and Plumbing systems during project construction, review meetings, preparation of mechanical drawings and specifications, opinion of probable project cost, submittal data reviews, construction observation and record drawing preparation.
