SERVICES

Cheatham and Associates has provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for numerous new and renovation projects. Cheatham and Associates is a certified Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF). We are an approved NCDOT private consulting firm and registered with SAM, DUNS (026886283), CAGE (0R2F1) and NAISC (541330).

Mechanical services include HVAC renovations/replacement including chillers and boilers, heat pumps, BAS controls, rooftop air conditioning units, Life Cycle Cost Analysis and energy modeling.

Electrical services include power distribution, water and wastewater systems, SCADA systems, fire alarm systems, security, audio/visual, communications, interior/exterior lighting, switchgear, generators, and energy modeling.

Plumbing services include design of, renovations to, and/or replacement of domestic cold and hot water piping systems, sanitary waste and vent piping systems, fuel gas piping systems, roof drainage piping systems, medical gas systems, domestic water heating, and fixtures.

Fire Protection services include preliminary design of new or renovated wet pipe fire sprinkler systems, dry pipe fire sprinkler systems, and fire pumps. We also provide LEED services including certification and assistance with building commissioning.

Leed and Net Zero/Renewable Energy Design include LEED Certification, Solar photovoltaic solar water heating ans solar panels for electricity and Geothermal ground coupled water source heat pumps.

Construction Administration include all aspects of construction services from notice to proceed, through field observations and reports to completion and final closeout documents.
